The vision was born in grandma’s kitchen.

Based in the Pacific Northwest, Sprig & Spread was created in 2019 when our founder Michele began to professionally expand her heritage of hospitality outside the walls of her home. A third-generation American Italian, she inherited her love for creating delectable spreads from her Italian grandmother, Lucy. 

At a young age, Michele recognized food as a central element in life’s sweetest moments. From a pot simmering on grandma’s stove, fresh Italian cookies in the cupboard, or olives curing in the back room, quality ingredients prepared with love would become her inspiration for Sprig & Spread.


Sprig and Spread is committed to using as many locally sourced products as possible.

We have cultivated strategic partnerships with the finest artisans, expert cheesemongers and locally owned distributors in our home town.

Over half of our direct vendors are located in the pacific northwest and many of the cheeses and fine meats we use are made in Oregon and Washington.

When we are not sourcing products locally, we use only the best international products, chosen for their high reputation within the industry.

Sprig and Spread carefully selects only the finest of ingredients, taste-tested in our kitchen and approved by our food-loving team.
